We currently have a mix of industrial and digital designers, graphical designers, art directors and tech companies among others - spread across 7 companies. We have room for more workmates—whether individually or as a group of tenants.
The office space is open-plan, located in a large and quiet area on the 3rd floor, with high ceilings, large windows, and balconies.
As a tenant, you have full access to 4 well-equipped meeting- and project rooms, plus a Mutebox as well as areas for relaxation and informal meetings. Besides this you also find a communal dining area, kitchen and restrooms.
If you need space to get messy with paint, glue, wood, and cardboard, we also have workshop facilities for that.
The rent includes: broadband, cleaning, alarm system, and the management of a professional and presentable work environment.
Parking lots can be rented separately.

We make sure to maintain a strong sense of community at the office with shared events filled with fun and color.
